Cristiano Ronaldo has also set the Turin real estate market in turmoil: now that he has left Juve and flew to the United Kingdom to take the place of striker in Manchester United, he has left empty one of the most exclusive houses in the city. It is one of the most spectacular villas in Corso Alberto Picco, a luxurious residential area a few steps from Piazza Gran Madre, where he lived until last August with his partner Georgina Rodriguez and their four children.
The house has just been rented: the announcement is on the Logo Immobiliare website which showed for the first time in great detail this dream home of which Cristiano Ronaldo had proposed some shots on Instagram.
Composed by four floors surrounded by a large garden of 300 square meters with a play area for children and hedges that protect it from prying eyes, the villa – which measures a total of one thousand square meters – is still partially furnished with the furniture used by the champion and it has everything you could want from a luxury home.
On the ground floor there are a spa with sauna and turkish bath, a swimming pool and gym in which Cristiano Ronaldo continued to train even off the pitch.
On the first floor, then, there are the kitchen, the panoramic lounge, service areas like the laundry room and one of the six bedrooms. The sleeping area is divided between the second and third floors, where there is also a large guest apartment. For the service staff, however, there are two apartments on the ground floor, not far from the garage where Ronaldo parked his dizzying cars.
The negotiation is obviously confidential, but it is safe to bet that another player will grab this spectacular home as he is located in one of the areas of the city preferred by the Juventus champions.
