A Norwegian cruise ship collided with a iceberg in Alaska last Saturday, with dramatic moments being videotaped. The Norwegian Sun ship hit the small iceberg and was taken to Juno for inspection.
“On June 25, 2022, while crossing the Hubbard Glacier in Alaska“The Norwegian Sun came in contact with an iceberg,” a Norwegian Cruise spokesman told the NY Post.
“The ship was taken to Juneau, Alaska for further evaluation, where it was decided that the current voyage would be shortened and the cruise scheduled to start on June 30, 2022 would be canceled so that the necessary repairs could be made.”
