We attended the world premiere of the new custom-built Maserati by Massimo Alajmo. The car born from the collaboration of the youngest chef in history to obtain three Michelin stars with the House of the Trident, is part of the Maserati Fuoriserie customization program. In the third millennium, authentic luxury is, in fact, being oneself: the car becomes an extension of everyone’s unique and unrepeatable identity.
The collaboration between Maserati and Massimo Alajmo confirms the marriage of the Modenese house with the highest level cuisine.
The presentation of the car was held at Le Caladre in Padua where the whole evening was characterized by the colors chosen by the chef for his Levante Trofeo, namely Black and Gold.
Two colors that represent much more for Alajmo, who has always been fascinated by the use of licorice and gold leaves in the kitchen, key ingredients of the menu tailored for Maserati.
The custom-built project is a flagship of Maserati that allows the customer to customize the car in every detail.
A Maserati customer can in fact choose three of the different styles of Fuoriserie, choosing the fundamental value that drives them to want to customize their car:

Alajmo’s One-off customization started with a strong racing connotation in the first model made to then be interpreted with the elegance that characterizes it, bringing gold only in some details of the car, thus making them even more precious.

The unveiling of this Maserati Levante Trofeo Fuoriserie Edition x Alajmo was followed by a Menu specially designed for the occasion, surprising us with unusual and precious combinations such as:
Golden ventresca mozzarella with Treviso radicchio and white truffle,
cappuccino with potatoes and almonds with scallops, bottarga, baby squid and clouds of black rice,
artichoke ravioli with saffron and licorice with parmesan flakes and incense,
coffee distillate risotto with pumpkin cream with cedar mustard,
roar “Turbo..T” as a second
“Mescolamisù” a reinterpretation of Tiramisù, even the dessert was themed Fuoriserie as each dish was personalized with the name of the guest.
According to the chef, when the rules take us away from the original principle, they must be broken to reaffirm the authentic sense of cooking, as well as of the automotive sector. For Massimiliano Alajmo, removing the tablecloth, eating with your hands and playing with food with elegance bring man back to a lost awareness: they reveal to him the respectful beauty of being at the table.
Maserati Fuoriserie also brings customers back to a lost awareness: the inexhaustible beauty of being in the car, that is, inside the most authentic part of themselves, ready to drive along unexplored roads.
