Dariel Alarí, the first baby born in 2023 in Mexico

2023 brought with it the first baby of the year in Mexico. The infant was born at 12:01 p.m. at the Hospital de Gineco Pediatría 3-A, in Mexico City. His birth brought happiness and joy to both the medical team and his parents.

The baby was born by caesarean section and was reported in good health, weighing three kilos with 540 grams and measuring 50 centimeters.

Patricia Calzada, mother of the minor, went to the emergency medical center because she did not feel her little one’s movements. The doctors gave her immediate attention, detected that she was missing amniotic fluid and scheduled an emergency caesarean section.

I came because I couldn’t feel the baby’s movements, they admitted me at night, they checked me in the morning, they did an ultrasound and I no longer had amniotic fluid, this caused stress for the baby and they had to do a cesarean section.

Fortunately, everything went well. Patricia received her baby in her arms and decided to name him Dariel Alarí. The woman told her that the second name is of Zapotec origin and means “warrior of God.”

But Dariel Alarí was not the only baby to come into the world on New Year’s Eve. At 12:02, the Mexico City Ministry of Health reported the birth of Mariana, a baby who was reported to be in good health, weighing three kilos with 400 grams and measuring 52 centimeters.
