OnePlus has unveiled a new smartphone today – OnePlus Nord 2 5G. It is the successor to the first low-cost smartphone OnePlus Nord, which debuted last year.

It is based on the MediaTek Dimensity 1200-AI single-chip system, modified together with OnePlus, with expanded support for artificial intelligence functions. The smartphone received up to 12 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of internal flash memory, a 4500 mAh battery with support for 65 W Warp Charge fast charging. The smartphone can be charged from 0 to 100% in just 35 minutes.
The smartphone is running the Android 11 operating system with the OxygenOS 11.3 shell. There is support for 5G, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6 (802.11 ax), Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, there is a USB Type-C port and stereo speakers. Dimensions are 158.9 x 73.2 x 8.2, and the smartphone weighs 189 grams.
OnePlus has opened pre-orders in India and Europe for the OnePlus Nord 2 starting today, with open sales starting on July 28th. The following options are offered:
