DJI has unveiled FPV, a hybrid drone that offers first-person flight control, the speed and maneuverability of racing drones, and consumer UAV camera functions.
DJI FPV can accelerate from 0-100 km / h in just 2 seconds and has a top speed of 140 km / h. The drone has three flight modes, including Normal, which is designed for novice pilots and allows the device to hover in place and detect obstacles. Manual mode provides full flight control with all sensors and hover disabled. Finally, the sport mode retains some of the normal mode safety features.
Regardless of the mode, DJI FPV has an emergency braking and hovering function that can be activated at any time with the push of a button.
