In Russia, presented a new version of the domestic smartphone called AYYA T1. It was developed by SmartEcoSystem, a subsidiary of the state corporation Rostec.
The version based on the Android operating system went on sale in the fall of 2021. Now, together with the “Open Mobile Platform”, a variation with the installed domestic system “Aurora” is presented. This version is not offered to ordinary users, but is already available for order for corporate and government organizations.
Recall that the creators position AYYA T1 as a “trustphone” – a secure smartphone with data leakage protection, designed for use in companies and organizations that pay special attention to information security issues.
A feature of AYYA T1 is the function of hardware shutdown of cameras and microphones, which leaves the possibility of accessing the Internet, using instant messengers and applications.
Vladislav Ivanov, General Director of SmartEcoSystems, explained:
The advantage of using AYYA T1 lies not only in its functionality and hardware security, but also in the ability to build independent and trusted solutions on the Aurora mobile platform. This is important for organizations and government agencies, for which the safety of data and the smooth operation of information systems are of particular importance.”
Among the characteristics of AYYA T1 are a 6.5-inch LCD screen, a 13 MP embedded front camera, a dual main camera (12 and 5 MP), SoC MediaTek Helio P70, 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal flash memory, a battery with a capacity of 4000 mAh, support for microSD and two nano-SIM, 4G LTE, NFC, FM radio, USB Type-C (3.1), fingerprint scanner on the rear panel.
