Out-of-court letter – protest to all 7 members of the Board. of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission sent today the Dutch Reggeborgh, a major shareholder of Ellactor, regarding the rumors about a decision to control it, in a supposedly coordinated action with the Dutch fund Atlas, to the Greek listed company.

It should be noted that in the past few days the Hellenic Capital Market Commission met, inter alia, to consider possible coordinated action between Atlas – Reggeborgh.

Reggeborgh has reportedly not been summoned, but has not been informed to date that such an issue has been or will be discussed.

Reggeborgh points out that it has provided clear answers to these questions to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and there is no such cooperation, that with this gossip both itself and ELLAKTOR are harmed, at the moment when the group is recovering after the successful share capital increase. its return to profitability in the third quarter of 2021 and that the conditions of healthy competition are affected. Therefore, the company complains about its discreet and hostile treatment – as a Community investor in the country – in violation of European and Greek law, and reserves the right to use any legal means to safeguard its legal interests, both in Greece and in any other competent jurisdiction.
