The Ministry of Development & Investment with no. 142903 / 03.01.2022, its decision approved the amendment of the relevant article of the Company’s Articles of Association. The Corporate Transactions Committee of the Stock Exchange at its meeting on 13/01/2022 was informed about the above decision and the change.
Following the above, a decision of the Committee stipulates that from 19/01/2022, the name of the company on the Athens Stock Exchange changes to “Hellenic Petroleum Holdings Societe Anonyme” with the distinctive title “Hellenic Petroleum Holdings SA”.
