Emily Ratajkowski puts her mansion in Echo Park up for sale

Something we had already sighted following Emily Ratajkowski on social media: several times the model with 30 million followers on Instagram has shown details of her wonderful home, but now there are (you can see them in the gallery at the end of this article) all, absolutely all, the images, because just put it up for sale.

Emily Ratajkowski’s villa is located in the exclusive Echo Park in Los Angeles: secluded, fenced, and above all very exclusive area. It dates back to the 1950s and is approx 200 square meters which develop between a main building with kitchen, two bedrooms, as many bathrooms, a gym and an annex with enough space for another bedroom or a study. Very welcoming, very intimate and well cared for, it is all in the tones of white and oakis there any gem like the large brick fireplace and the French windows that make the spaces full of light, but otherwise there is nothing particularly sumptuous compared to the standards to which VIP homes have accustomed us.

There are some special luxuries in the garden, for example the large whirlpool tub just a few steps from a fireplace, surrounded by shrubs, cacti, Mediterranean plants. The price? All in all for LA, accessible. It can be yours with “just” 2.2 million dollars. The agency in charge of the sale is Compass.
