Working as a waiter is not as simple as it seems, as you have to deal with all kinds of people, from those who will give you a good treatment to those who have left their education at home. Knowing this, and assessing the work of a waitress, a group of businessmen left the girl a tip of no more and no less than $ 4,400. Unfortunately, the restaurant owner fired the girl after receiving this money, as she did not want to share it with the rest of the employees.
It all started when a group of 44 real estate entrepreneurs went to a local restaurant, where they were served by a waitress, who at all times was friendly and very attentive to those present. To thank him for his attention and effort, Grant Wise, president of a real estate company, decided to leave him a tip of $ 4,400 (approximately 100,000 Mexican pesos).

Until then everything was fine. But Ryan said the restaurant manager told him that he had to split his tip with the rest of the staff, even though they hadn’t served the group of businessmen. She refused, as she had earned that money.
Grant found out what happened, asked for his money back, and gave it to Ryan. Despite the good gesture of the businessman, the waitress was fired from the restaurant for having refused to share the money with her colleagues.
Ryan’s former boss said the firing was not caused by not wanting to share the tip for that day, but by other reasons (aha). Either way, Grant found out again and kindly set up a GoFoundMe account to raise money and help Ryan with his studies and expenses. Apparently he took a special appreciation for the girl, because his effort and dedication reminded him of what he was in his youth.
