Blockchain EOS will rebrand And Vaulta will become in May 2025. The change is associated with the transition to a new strategy focused on the creation of Web3-banking.
Rebranding includes the launch of a new token and a platform for its exchange. The head of Vaulta Foundation Yves La Rose said that the new brand marks the expansion of access to financial services through Web3 tools.
According to him, blockchain technology radically change the financial system, and Vaulta will become an important player in this transformation.
As part of the transition, the consulting council of Vaulta Banking Advisory Council will be created, which will integrate Web3 solutions with traditional financial systems. The council will include market experts, including representatives of Systemic Trust, Tetra and ATB Financial.
One of the council members, Alexander Nelson from ATB Financial, is convinced that the Vaulta step will become an important stage in the development of the relationship between traditional banking and blockchain.
The Vaulta technological base will include the existing EOS: C ++ infrastructure-architecture for smart contracts, a decentralized RAM database and IBC multicopular compatibility. The partnership with the EXISAT ecosystem will strengthen the integration of bitcoin into a decentralized financial model.
Vaulta has already created strategic alliances with CEFFU, Spirit Blockchain and Blockchain Insurance Inc. In the future, the company intends to submit solutions in four areas: capital management, consumer payments, investment portfolios and blockchain insurance.
Technical and affiliate details will be disclosed closer to the launch of rebranding, scheduled for the end of May 2025.
