ERGANI opens tomorrow for the submission of statements by fire victims of Evia – earthquake victims of Crete

The Information System EGRANI opens tomorrow 17/12/2021 for the submission of statements in fire-affected areas of North Evia and in earthquake-hit areas of Crete, according to an announcement by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.

At the same time, the submission of responsible statements of employers-companies for rapid-test of vaccinated people is extended.

Analytically:

I. SUBMISSION OF DECLARATIONS OF SUSPENSION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS OF BUSINESS EMPLOYEES IN AREAS OF NORTH EVIA WHICH WERE AFFECTED BY THE FIRE 20

PS ERGANI will be available from 17/12/2021 until 31/12/2021for the submission of declarations of suspension of employment contracts of part or all of the employees (who had been hired until the 2nd of August 2021), by companies – employers, based on KAD, based or having a branch in areas affected by fires and which belong to their administrative boundariesMunicipalities of Istiaia – Edipsos and Mantoudi – Lake Agia Anna of the Regional Unit of Evia for the month December 2021.

In the suspension declaration form they select the relevant SPECIAL CASE.

II. SUBMISSION OF UNANIMOUS STATEMENTS BY EMPLOYEES WHO WERE COMPLAINTED WITH THEIR EMPLOYMENT CONTACT IN THE FIRE-AFFECTED AREAS (B OPPORTUNITY)

PS ERGANI will be available from 17/12/2021 until 31/12/2021 for the submission of unilateral declarations by employees in companies in the above fire-affected areas whose employment contract was terminated by termination during the period from 3 August 2021 until 13 August 2021.

The above become beneficiaries of extraordinary financial assistance, as special purpose compensation, from the date of termination of their employment and for a period not exceeding three (3) months. The relevant application – responsible statement is submitted monthly reports on the electronic platform of the special support mechanism for employees (supportemployees.services.gov.gr) of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, without requiring a responsible employer declaration.

III. SUBMISSION OF STATEMENTS OF SUSPENSION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS WORKING BY COMPANIES AFFECTED BY THE EARTHQUAKE IN THE REGION OF CRETE

PS ERGANI will be available from 17/12/2021 until 31/12/2021for the submission of declarations of suspension of employment contracts of part or all of the employees (who had been employed up to 26the September 2021) by companies – employers, regardless of industry and business activity, in areas of the Region of Crete affected by the earthquake of 27.9.2021 and suffered material damage, as evidenced by the Re-inspection Bulletin with which the building has been deemed dangerous for use or temporarily unsuitable for use or by the Rapid Autopsy Bulletin with which the building has been declared uninhabitable or from the Protocol of Autopsy of the Dangerously Destroyed Building of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, for a period of suspension of employment contracts of employees from 1 to 26 December 2021.

In the suspension declaration form they select the relevant SPECIAL CASE.

Finally, it is clarified that for the submission of unilateral statements by employees in companies in the above areas whose employment contract has been terminated by termination, a new announcement will follow.

IV. Extension of Submission of “RESPONSIBLE DECLARATIONS BY COMPANIES-EMPLOYERS ABOUT THE OBLIGATION OF SUBMISSION OF THE UNCONTROLLED AND NON-SICK EMPLOYEES
