Eve Air Mobility, an Embraer subsidiary, informs that it has signed a letter of intent with Bluenest – a Globalvia company dedicated to innovating advanced air mobility with a focus on vertiport infrastructure – to provide its Urban Air Traffic Management solution in support of future Vertiports Automation System.
In a note, Eve says that as part of the agreement, the companies will join forces to study the use of the software in Urban Air Mobility (UAM) operations, developing an operational model in specific regions and missions according to Bluenest’s needs.
“We firmly believe that collaboration is the best way to make the air mobility of the future a reality”, highlights in the note Gema Ferrero, director of Bluenest by Globalvia.
“Therefore, through this strategic collaboration, Eve and Bluenest will be able to improve the management of urban air mobility operations and infrastructure in vertiports, uniting heaven and earth between the two companies”, he added.
“The collaboration with Bluenest will further enhance Eve’s visibility in the market as a strong UATM solutions provider and will continue to further our understanding of vertiport operations,” said André Stein, co-CEO of Eve.
