At a gunpowder factory in Perm, one of the largest Russian enterprises of the defense complex, an explosion thundered on the morning of January 28 and a fire began. The press service of the local branch of the Russian Emergencies Ministry writes about this.
As local residents clarified in social networks, at first there was a loud explosion, after which a “bright fire mushroom” and a column of smoke were seen in the sky.
Operatives reported that the incident took place in a ballistic group of workshops: loaders worked with technological waste, which “could not ignite on its own,” and “an external influence could have been made on them, while it is not known what,” writes local resource Echo Perm.
