Famous Parisian carousel arrives in São Paulo as an attraction in Villa-Lobos Park

Sao Paulo has just won another tour option: a handmade carousel like “Le Carrousel de la Tour Eiffel”, by Paris 🇧🇷 From the same manufacturer as the French one, the attraction is already open to the public at Villa Lobos park western region of São Paulo.

The new tourist attraction in the city took two years to complete and brings 30 works by different artists in its extension 🇧🇷 It is located 50 meters from the park’s main entrance and just 100 meters from the Largest Ferris wheel in Latin America, Roda Ricoopened on December 9.

Measuring 13 meters high and 14 meters in diameter, in addition to two decks, it can seat 70 people. In all, there are 20 tons of equipment and infrastructure, made with reforestation wood and 3,000 lamps for night lighting. The attraction can also be found in cities like Dubai, in the Emirates Areabes, London, in England, Berlin, in Germany, and Florence, in Italy.

Each carousel session lasts 4 minutes and there are places for PCDS. Tickets cost from R$10 to R$30 depending on the day of the week and time of day chosen. Tickets can be purchased in this link.

“It is an attraction for the whole family and will also serve as a backdrop for photos. We want to mark people’s history”, says Márcio Flores, who is part of a group of investors gathered for the first time for this launch.

“Even before the inauguration, marriage proposals were already being planned on site. The ‘invasion’ of a couple for photos during the assembly already gave a taste of what will come ahead”, he concludes.
