Federal Judge in the US ordered the redefinition of thousands of six ministries dismissed

Federal court today ordered six US ministries to re -establish thousands of workers fired by the Donald Trump government, US media reports. Judge William Alsap had already ordered, on February 27, to annul the mass redundancies of workers who were in a trial period and those who were recently hired or received. Analyzing his rationale today in the San Francisco federal court, Alsap said that the justification of mass redundancies due to the “poor performance” of workers is a “pretext” for “bypassing their legal obligations” by services. The redundancies are disputed in the courts by unions and other workers’ associations.
