Alarm has been sounded at Madrid, as the Nuevo Madrid hotel, has taken fire.
According to the Spanish Media, the fire broke out on the facade of the building on Thursday afternoon (3/6) and has affected the top floors.
There are currently no reports of injuries.
Hotel Nuevo Madrid is located on Bausá Street in the Spanish capital, next to the M-30 motorway.
The brand new hotel, which opened in 2005, has 225 rooms, but it is unknown how many people are currently staying in the building.
