Flor Gil, 15 , showed his followers, this Sunday (9), a video in which he appears singing and playing the guitar. Singer’s granddaughter Gilberto Gil, 81 the teenager also indicated that she may launch a musical project soon.
After opening a question box on her social networks, Flor was asked about how her project of releasing an album is going, and stated that she is “looking forward to sharing my music with you. Lots of love and music, music, music.”
The young woman also spoke about some inspirations that could appear in her work and revealed that she loves bossa nova. “Everything I’ve learned so far, as well as the music that inspires me… Everyone knows, I love bossa as much as the rhythms of the 1990s and the blues.”
Shortly afterwards, Flor published a video singing and playing the guitar, receiving lots of praise from internet users. Her mother, chef Bela Gil also commented: “It’s very beautiful, feelings and delicacy. I love you, princess.” Other celebrities also praised the teenager, such as Gabi Melim, Mariana Nolasco and Luiza Possi.
Flor often appears on her social media singing songs by different artists, including doing duets with her grandfather, Gilberto Gil. In 2020, they released the EP “Gil e Flor – De Avô Pra Neta”.
