Former BBB Flay reveals she was threatened by her ex-husband, who refutes accusations

The ex-BBB Flay, 29, used social media this Monday (8) to report that suffered threats from her ex-husband the entrepreneur Jhonatan Ricarte who is the father of her son Bernard, 6.

In a published video, the influencer complains about the beginning of the relationship and reveals that she divorced the businessman to spare her son from what she “experienced at home”.

“The situation is as follows: I raise my son alone. When he was one year old, I decided to separate from his father, because I didn’t want my son to witness what I was going through at home. I made that decision, and decisions change destinies. I decided to separate from his father, live my life and make my own decisions for my son. I went back to my parents’ house, his father said he didn’t have the courage to give his mother R$500 so she wouldn’t spend it on herself,” began the former BBB.

Flay continued saying that she had not yet exposed the problems with her ex-husband on social media, until, according to her, she began receiving threats. “If anything happens to my life, if something happens to me so that it is very clear what it could have been, okay?”, she declared.

“I know his impulses, I know a completely arrogant, impulsive, out-of-control person. I just called his mother to tell him this. A man who would threaten me was not born on this earth, and I would remain silent and be afraid. I am not afraid at all, and I am making that clear. If something happens to my life, it was to protect my son’s rights.”

The singer added that she will protect her son and that her ex-husband will not get close to the child if she doesn’t let him. Flay also said that she will keep the audios in which Jhonatan threatens her.

“I’m leaving it here that I was threatened. I have the audios here in which he says that there is no man, judge, devil, Lucifer or any justice system that can stop him from seeing his son whenever he wants. But I showed the audios to my son. You won’t come (near the child) if I don’t let you,” she reported.

She said she wants Bernardo to be different from his father and not make the same “wrong decisions”. “I want him to grow up and be a worthy man, I want him not to make the wrong decisions his father made. Since we separated, nothing but wrong decisions. My son’s destiny will not be the same as his father’s.”

Jhonatan refuted accusations

After Flay’s accusations, Jhonatan also used social media to publish a statement and blame her for parental alienation.

“I, Jhonatan, Bernardo’s father, come to the public to clarify the untruths and unfounded accusations that Mrs. Flay, my son’s mother, has been spreading on her social networks, using her influence to denigrate my image and harm our father-son relationship,” says the beginning of the note.

The businessman also accused the former BBB of using social media for “media projection”, in addition to stating that she is exposing the couple’s son “in such a harmful way”.

Jhonatan also complained about being separated from his son and stated that he will take legal action against the former BBB.

“It is with great regret that I see my relationship with my son being harmed by Mrs. Flay’s actions, which constitute parental alienation. I am systematically prevented from exercising my right to coexistence, including at school, where I was constrained by her orders. It is unacceptable that my son is induced to call Mrs. Flay’s partner his father and that he witnesses his mother come out publicly and say that I am a ‘worm’ and a ‘criminal’,” he continued.

“Given the seriousness of the accusations and the manipulation my son has been suffering, I inform you that I am taking appropriate legal action. Mrs. Flay’s frivolous allegations will be the subject of a separate action, as I will not tolerate slander and defamation,” the statement said.
