France: Acrobat walks on tightrope from Eiffel Tower to Seine

The warm applause of the crowd and the amazing view of the whole Paris was the reward of the balancer Nathan Polen, who covered a distance of 600 meters walking on a belt, from Eiffel Tower to the opposite bank of the Seine.

The 27-year-old Polen, at a height of 70 meters above the ground, sat for a while and then lay down on the balance belt, before completing his half-hour performance, arriving at the Sagio Theater.

“It’s really great to start at the Eiffel Tower. “I did not feel it during the show, I was not really afraid of the height,” he said.

Polen had to train for four years but also overcome the height phobia he had as a child to achieve this feat.

In 2019, the French balancer walked, at a height of 150 meters, on a rope that connected two skyscrapers, in the La Defense district of Paris, covering a distance of 510 meters.
