So, the funds were invested by the Singaporean state investment firm Temasek, Paradigm, Tiger Global, SoftBank Vision Fund 2 and the Canadian pension fund Ontario Teachers Pension Plan.

According to FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried, over the past six months, the cryptocurrency exchange has received $1.8 billion. The new funds will help the platform develop its products in the global market and obtain licenses from various regulators.
