G. Emiris (Alpha Bank): The successful Public Registration of Dimand is recognition of the company’s prospects

Alpha Bank acted as issuing advisor and coordinating lead underwriter in Dimand’s Public Listing for the listing of its shares on the Athens Stock Exchange. Despite the particularly demanding situation in the Greek and international capital markets, the issue gathered lively interest from domestic and international investors active in the entire spectrum of economic activity.

Dimand’s decision to list on the Stock Exchange, taken by the company in collaboration with Alpha Bank, is, in fact, the first listing of a company on the Athens Stock Exchange, after a period of 8 years without relevant activity, and the first really large-scale introduction of a new company since 2007. Alpha Bank, as Dimand’s main banking partner, has financed pioneering urban renewal projects (Ag. Dionysios Piraeus, Moxy Omonias, Minion, Pyrgos Piraeus, West Thessaloniki, Botanikos – Softex) that change the daily life of residents and visitors.
