The boy was arrested in August, then released from prison (according to the investigating judge he had “repented his ways”) and entrusted to a community. Immediately afterwards, however, he opened a new TikTok profile in which he revealed more a total lack of repentance for the violence against the 19-year-old victim of the gang rape, but also an explicit self-satisfaction.
Among the phrases that the young man had written on social media, “Jail is the rest of lions”, “Beautiful things are done with friends”. It's still, boasting of having received several messages from girls after his arrest, «How will I go out with everyone?». «Whoever goes against me goes against death», «Beautiful things are done with friends», «Ah and I wanted to thank those who continually say my name, you are giving me publicity and hype».
But there was also evidence of his complacency on his mobile phone: “Comrade, we killed her, she fainted more than once,” he said in a voice message, revealing a clear awareness of the fact that the victim was not consenting. “We had fun”.
It's not over: “We made a mess, she felt ill and fainted several times,” we read in another message. And when the interlocutor, annoyed, replies: “But it's bad like that”, the suspect replies: “No, it's too strong.” The judge, therefore, decided to send him back to prison.
They are also accused of the violence Angelo Flores, Cristian Barone, Gabriele Di Trapani, Christian Maronia, Samuele La Grassa, Elio Arnao, all adults and, at this moment, all in prison. They too, like the minor, have asked to be judged with the abbreviated trial, and the trial will begin in April.
