Galax today unveiled the GeForce RTX 3090 HOF graphics cards, which feature a huge screen, a 26-phase power subsystem and three eight-pin power connectors. The cards are clearly aimed, including not overclocking, and the first results demonstrate this perfectly.

Two overclockers at once (OGS and Rauf) were able to overclock their copies up to 3 GHz in core! For comparison, this result was obtained on the RTX 2080 Ti only two years after the adapter was released.

In the process, two world records were set in the GPUPI application. The card of one of the enthusiasts conquered the 3 GHz frequency, while the other was able to work at all at the 3.015 GHz frequency!

Galax itself adds that the new cards dealt to overclockers have already set 16 world records in total. What will be achieved on such maps later is anyone’s guess.
