Girl avoids being kidnapped thanks to a technique she saw in the series ‘Law and order’

Television series are not only the best plan for a weekend at home, they can also be of great use in life. Proof of this is Alyssa, an 11-year-old girl, who used a technique she saw in Law and Order: Special Victims Unit to avoid being abducted.

Due to what she learned on television, the little girl managed to get to safety and helped identify the man who tried to deprive her of her freedom. Her act of bravery has made her viral on social media and could even make her an official member of a team of elite known as the Special Victims Unit.

Alyssa was playing with some slime while she was waiting for the school bus to pick her up at a neighborhood near her home in Florida, United States, when a mysterious man ran up to her, tried to subdue her and take her away by force. What this criminal did not expect is that the little girl would remember a technique seen in her favorite series that would end her sinister plans.

She fought with all her might and managed to escape. But before leaving, he dialed with the slime that he had in his hands the arm and the clothes of the delinquent. This is the technique that he had seen on television and that after a few hours, helped the police to identify that man, who was in fact spotted with the slime, which is extremely sticky and difficult to remove.

Alyssa’s story and bravery went so viral in a matter of minutes that actress Mariska Hargitay, who plays Agent Olivia Benson on the show, sent her a message congratulating her on being so smart and bold:

Alyssa, first and foremost, I am so relieved and grateful to know that you are safe. And I am so honored to be a part of your incredible story. You are a BRAVE, strong and intelligent woman. I think the Vee squad could add slime to their crime fight! Take good care of yourself and others. With all my love, your number one fan, Mariska.
