The film “Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban” the third in the saga of the most famous wizard in pop culture, will be shown in cinemas again.
After completing 20 years, the film was recently shown on a unique date (June 4th) in cinemas and to the delight of fans, new sessions were announced for June 29 . Ticket presales will begin on June 21th .
According to what was released by Warner Bros. Pictures do Brasil, the re-exhibition sold more than 400 thousand tickets and guaranteed the largest pre-sale of all productions in the saga. Furthermore, it only loses the position of biggest in the studio’s history to the feature film “Barbie”, from 2023.

In the plot, Harry, Ron and Hermione are in their teens and third year at Hogwarts. At school, they begin to investigate the mystery of a prisoner who escapes from the wizard prison, Sirius Black, and represents a threat to the protagonist.
In cinema, the wizard’s seven books were adapted into eight films, released between 2001 and 2011. A Harry Potter series is being developed by Warner Bros. Company and information already released state that each season will be based on one of the seven volumes of JK Rowling’s work.
