An incredible incident occurred during a Zoom hearing in a case domestic violence in Michigan.
The victim’s lawyer told the judge that she had information that the perpetrator was at the victim’s house and even in the next room during the hearing and expressed fear for her safety.
The judge asked the man to leave the house and show him the house number he was in. He claimed that he did not have a battery and a few minutes later he heard the police knocking on the front door!
With a cigarette in his mouth and handcuffs on his hands, the man claimed that he never attacked the woman with judge to tell him: “It is the first time that someone is in the next room and probably intimidates the witness. Do not say anything else. Your warranty is void. You dig your pit. “You have reached the bottom and you are still digging,” he said.
