Two boys who were 12 when they attacked and killed a 19-year-old man in central England a year ago were today jailed for a minimum of eight years and six months. The teenagers, now 13, are the youngest to be convicted of manslaughter in Britain since the two 10-year-olds who killed toddler James Bulger in 1993 in a case that shocked the country and the world. The victim of last year’s attack, Sean Sissahai, was stabbed in the back, arms and head in a Wolverhampton park last November.
