Such is the case of the friendship between two dogs named Tamale and Jimmy, whose beautiful story will melt your heart.
Tamale, a very peculiar puppy
Tamale is a deaf and blind puppy who was adopted when he was four months old. Despite his physical disabilities, his owner claims that Tamale is a puppy like any other who loves to play and spend time with other people and animals.
He often bumps into things, but other than that I see him as a completely normal dog. Many times when people know about it, they say they would never know!
A tender friendship
Tamale struck up a beautiful friendship with another puppy named Jimmy, whom she met over a year ago at a dog park and since then they have become inseparable. Today, they see each other at least once a week.
These little dogs have developed an adorable routine: Every time they get together, Tamale waits in the car and Jimmy runs over and touches Tamale on the nose. Thus, Jimmy informs Tamale that he has arrived and it is time to play.

It’s as if Jimmy knew that Tamale can’t see or hear him, so he developed a way to communicate with his friend. Sensory barriers were not an impediment to the friendship between these two.
