It’s official: How I Met Your Mother will have a spin-off and its title will be How I Met Your Father.
For a die-hard fan of How I Met Your Mother it’s a hard blow to say, but this time there won’t be Ted, Marshall, Barney, Lily e Robin.

The new series produced by Hulu will have as its protagonist no less than … Hilary Duff who a few hours ago announced the news with this video on Instagram:
Hilary will play the role of Sofia, a woman who tells her son about how she met her father in 2021, among a thousand adventures with her friends, dating apps and daily challenges.
The series will be written and produced by Isaac aptaker e Elizabeth Berger, co-writers of This is Us, But that’s not all: they will work on this spin-off as executive producers too Craig Thomas e Carter Bays, the creators of How I Met Your Mother.
But did you know that this is not the first time that there is talk of a sequel to the series? In 2013 he was assigned to Greta Gerwig – yes, the director of Little Women with Timothée Chalamet – , but in the end it was never realized.
