A Chinese source has published computer editions of the flagship smartphone Huawei Mate 50 Pro, which were created based on the latest leaks. According to the latest reports, Huawei’s next-generation flagship mobile phone will only debut with HarmonyOS 3.0 pre-installed in September this year.

Earlier it was reported that Huawei Mate 50 and Huawei Mate 50 Pro will be equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 4G single-chip system. New smartphones should get better cameras compared to Huawei P50.
Judging by these renders, the Mate 50 series may return to the cut-out design at the top of the screen, which is present not only in modern iPhones. It was also in the Huawei Mate 20. Despite the fact that Apple has been sticking with this design since 2017, almost all Android device manufacturers have already abandoned this outdated solution.
On the rear panel is a large block of the main camera, where we see the Leica logo, as well as as many as five lenses. Three modules are located in the upper circle, two more – in the lower one. Presumably, a couple of these modules may be responsible for optical zoom.

Huawei, which has been under US sanctions for the past couple of years and cannot use 5G equipment for its devices, has not yet made statements regarding the release date of the Huawei Mate 50 series.
