Immigration crisis at the Belarus-Poland border: Immigrants with babies at the border

Under this article, any allied country may request consultations when, in its view, it faces a threat to its territorial integrity, its political independence or its security.

“It is not enough for us to publicly express our concern. “Now we need concrete steps, but also the commitment of the whole alliance,” he told the Polish news agency PAP.
