In Bridgerton 3 there is also Billie Eilish (and the other curiosities that perhaps you are missing)

The music of Billie Eilishmore precisely the anthem of the so-called (and sacrosanct) «female rage», that is, the song Happier Than Ever, helped make a scene from the third season even more intense Bridgerton, the one in which Penelope is intent on dancing with Lord Debling under the jealous and tormented gaze of Colin, who is increasingly forced to deal with his true feelings.

Obviously, the song was not chosen in its modern and original version but in the revisited and classic version of the Vitamin String Quartet, which fits better with the historical period portrayed in the costume series.

But Billie Eilish's is not the only pop song of our times to cheer up the ancient romantic and dramatic dynamics between the characters.

The most trained ears did not miss an unedited version of the very viral hit abcdefu by Gayle (by Vitula in the series)not to mention the cover of the Vitamin String Quartet Of Dynamite of the BTSplayed during one of the numerous dances.

Jealous by Nick Jonas (by Shimmer) It describes Colin's temperament well when Penelope successfully puts her seduction advice into practice with Lord Remington. On TikTok, Jonas Brothers fans are a little disappointed by the short space reserved for their favorite's song but, fortunately, they will be able to recover the extended version when Spotify will publish the canonical playlist of the season.

Cheap Thrills by Sia confirms itself as a timeless hit, one of the most engaging and successful musical reinterpretations in these first four episodes, always the work of the magic of Vitamin String Quartet.

Good choice to start Snow on the Beach (Atwood Quartet) by Taylor Swift featuring Lana Del Rey – when Colin decides to go to the ball in a carriage before it is too late and Lord Debling asks Penelope to marry him. Who better than Lana or Taylor can come to the rescue in such stormy romantic situations.

But let's get to the most unpredictable song but which, surprisingly, hit the mark the most: would you have ever opted for a song by Pitbull (aka Mr Worldwide) for a scene of Bridgerton? If the answer is no, well… you'll have to think again. In one of the spiciest and most anticipated scenes of the season, that of the carriage, in which Colin declares himself to Penelope, and then lets himself be overwhelmed by passion, in the background there is the unpublished version of Archer Marsh Of Give Me Everything, song that went from conquering clubs to breaking hearts all over the world.

We just have to wait until June 13th to discover the continuation of the plot and find other iconic tracks, what is certain is that this it's a brilliant idea to bring generation Z closer to classical music!
