Have you ever longed for something you managed to accomplish? Mariana Rios, yes. The miner who dreamed of being an artist claims that the law of attraction was responsible for helping her dreams come true. “I totally believe that what you give out to the universe is what you get back,” she said.
On the 32nd episode of CNN In Profit podcast, CNN Brasil Soft project, she revealed that the method is also applicable to financial life. In the conversation led by Leandro Munhós, Mariana also talked about her career, investments, expenses and told her life stories.
Law of Attraction in Finance
The law of attraction is a technique that uses the belief that the mind and the universe are connected through the power of thoughts. Mariana says she believes, follows and preaches the technique.
“I totally believe that what you put out into the universe is what you get back. And when you think about abundance as a whole, not just health, not just love, not just work, but money as well, you get it somehow.”
To CNN In Profit, she revealed that the law of attraction also applies to financial life and says she is living proof of the method. Mariana, before being a nationally known actress, went through financial difficulties, but said that she always faced situations as fleeting.
On the show, the actress recalled an episode that moved her. When she moved from Araxá, her hometown in the interior of Minas Gerais, to Rio de Janeiro, she faced another two hours on public transport and dreamed of having her own car.
“How many times have I been on the bus and I had to hitchhike on the bus because I didn’t have the money for the second ride of the day. I would look out the window of the bus, I would look at the cars next door and I would say that one day I would have my car,” she said.
Mariana said that she not only dreamed, but worked and practiced the law of attraction to make it come true. “Yesterday, I stopped at a traffic light and a bus stopped next to me. The bus was pretty full, I looked at the people on the bus and I looked at myself. I looked at the car and then I got really emotional at that time,” she added.
