The Kyiv the Unicef Goodwill Ambassador and movie star, known for his roles in Pirates of the Caribbean and Lord of the Rings, visited Orlando Bloom. The Hollywood star was on Sunday (26/3) at a children’s center while he also met with the Ukrainian president.
This was his first visit to Ukraine since 2016, said the British actor. There he also met with the country’s president Volodymyr Zelensky.

Spilno centers across Ukraine, as reported by the Athens News Agency, offer support to displaced children and their families. More than half a million children and their guardians visited one of them during the past year, according to a UNICEF statement posted on its website.
Since March 26, at least 465 children have been killed in the war following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, according to the country’s Attorney General’s office.
“He knows what this attack brought about, how great the world’s efforts must be to stop it and to restore Ukraine after the war,” President Zelensky noted in a video message released after his meeting with Bloom.
