With direct itineraries from 7 countries, 17 cities abroad and 6 at home, SKY express significantly strengthens Crete this summer as well.
The goal of the company is to increase the connectivity of the island, to create the conditions for the arrival of visitors and to extend the period with premium travelers. According to SKY’s plan for this summer, more than one million visitors from inside and from at least seven European countries will be welcomed at the airports of Heraklion, Chania and Sitia.
Specifically, in the near future, the new era airline will directly connect Crete with Brussels, eight cities in France (Paris, Lyon, Nantes, Lille, Marseille, Havre, La Rochele, Châteauroux), three cities in Poland (Poland). Rzeszów, Gdansk), Lisbon, Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Bilund, Denmark, as well as Timisoara, Romania.
In addition, the airports of the two major cities will operate routes to five domestic destinations, in particular Athens, Rhodes, Thessaloniki, Volos and Karpathos, while Sitia airport continues to serve flights to Preveza and Alexandroupolis.
At the same time, through strategic agreements with global airlines such as Air France, KLM, Qatar Airways, American Airlines, Cyprus Airways, Condor, El Al, Middle East Airlines, Transavia, Air Transat and easyJet, SKY express creates additional conditions for interconnection with all its internal network.
