Inep extends the deadline for Enem 2023 reapplication requests to Monday (20)

The National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (Inep) extended the deadline for requests for reapplication of the National Secondary Education Examination (Enem) 2023 to Monday (20) until 11:59 pm.

Re-administration of the exam can be requested by participants who faced logistical or health problems (infectious diseases) on the exam days (12 and 19), and by those who were assigned to a test location more than 30 kilometers away from the indicated residence. at the time of registration.

Requests to retake the exam must be made to the Participant Pageand the reapplication will be on December 12th and 13th this year.

The exceptional measure applies to participants who faced the following logistical problems:

  • Natural disasters that compromise the infrastructure of the test site;
  • Lack of electricity (which compromises the visibility of the race due to the absence of natural light);
  • Execution error in the test application procedure that results in proven harm to the participant.

Among the infectious diseases listed in the notice are:

  • Covid-19;
  • Tuberculosis;
  • Whooping cough;
  • Diphtheria;
  • Invasive Haemophilus influenza disease;
  • Meningococcal disease and other meningitis;
  • Smallpox;
  • Human influenza A and B;
  • Wild poliovirus poliomyelitis;
  • Measles;
  • Rubella;
  • Varicella.

In this case, Enem reapplication requests must be accompanied by documents proving infection with one of the aforementioned problems – on the date the tests are administered – which will be analyzed by Inep individually.

“Anyone who missed any of the Sundays for reasons that do not fall within the terms mentioned is not entitled to reapplication”, concluded the institute.
