Netflix released the first official images of its new movie Slumberland, in which Jason Momoa will be part of the main cast, playing an eccentric outlaw, whose appearance reminds us of Prince Adam from the Disney classic, Beauty and the Beast.
The production is an adaptation of the comic Little Nemo (Little Nemo), by cartoonist Winsor McCay. In this story, Momoa will play Flip, who will be in charge of taking us to a world of dreams never known before.
Although the platform has not given more details of its new production, it did share some photographs from the set, in which Momoa’s appearance was what most attracted the attention of moviegoers.
No you’re not dreaming, it’s Jason Momoa with a full set of horns. Here’s a behind-the-scenes sneak peek at ‘Slumberland,’ a new adventure story about an eccentric outlaw who guides a young heroine through a world of dreams.
The main cast of the film is under the talent of Jason Momoa and little Marlow Barkley. But Kyle Chandler, Chris O’Dowd, India de Beaufort and Ava Cheung will also be present.
The film is expected to be released in mid-2022, and if its success is great, it could become a series based on all the Winsor McCay comics.
