With a new joint statement, the Ministries of Justice and Digital Governance respond to today’s announcement by PASOK-KINAL.
In the announcement, there is talk of a mistake by the opposition party on the political substance.
The announcement in detail:
“After the initial error on legislation and competences, PASOK-Movement for Change commits a second error on political substance: it abandons the government regarding the implementation schedule of a digitization and transparency action carried out by the current government – as all this was legislated with laws 4786/2021 and 4871/2021 – and not any previous one.
In other words, to make it completely clear: PASOK-Movement of Change is today denouncing the process and the ADAE information system which was in place during its own government days as non-transparent – and which it never took care to change.
In terms of implementation times, every platform we make is a country pending, pending which the government responds to with maximum speed as the daily experience of the citizens establishes.
Detailed answers for each individual question will be given in the context of parliamentary control by the respective competent authority”.
