Justin Timberlake has become the most hated man of the moment (after Britney’s book)

If there is anyone who comes away with broken bones from Britney Spears’ autobiographical book The Woman In Methat person is Justin Timberlake, with whom the singer dated a rather turbulent relationship from 1999 to 2002. The memoir has opened Pandora’s box: Britney says she had an abortion when she was 19, because she was her ex-boyfriend, whom she met when they were both not yet famous on the set of Mickey Mouse Club“he wasn’t ready” to become a father, that she was cheated on by Justin with a now very famous star (whose name she didn’t want to reveal) and that she was left with a two-word text message (“It’s over”), while he was shooting the music video for Overprotected.

Second Page Sixthe N’Sync singer did not contact Britney after the book’s release, but apparently said he was “not at all happy with what transpired” and had to adopt some measures to defend themselves from the wave of hatred that Britney’s haters and fans have thrown at him: has disabled comments on Instagram and, based on what some insiders have revealed to Tmzhe would also silently canceled some concerts scheduled for the beginning of next year. According to the record producer Timbaland, his collaborator, these appointments would have been used to promote the next single and an album which should be released at the end of next year (a summer tour has already been organised).

Stress would also ruin the anniversary party Justin Timberlake’s wedding – which took place on October 19th – with his wife Jessica Biel (who, in this matter, is taking his side). The couple married in 2012, ten years after splitting from Britney, and have two children, Silas Randall, 8, and Phineas, 3.

And to think that, before the release of Britney’s book, it seemed that the separation between the two pop stars was due to her infidelity. It came out in 2002 Cry Me A River, a song in which Timberlake talks about a betrayal he suffered. Britney writes that for the video of that song her ex had hired “a woman who looks like me”, who “cheats on him and he walks around sad in the rain”. The newspapers talked about it for a long time, and everyone talked about it she had become “an easy woman who broke the heart of America’s golden boy.” But the reality, Britney writes, is that she was “comatose in Louisiana” nursing her broken heart, while Justin was “happily wandering around.” The singer confessed to cheating on her ex by kissing her choreographer Wade Robson in a bar, but she also hinted that Justin has been unfaithful to her on many, many more occasions.
