The singer Katy Perry announced, on Monday (11), that will bring his new tour to South America in September 2025 . THE “The Lifetimes Tour” which promotes the North American’s new album, will visit Santiago, Chile, and Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The passage will take place at the same time that Autódromo de Interlagos, in the south zone of São Paulo, will host the second edition of The Town, which made the singer’s fans speculate that it would include a new visit to Brazil in the period. The festival will take place on the 6th, 7th, 12th, 13th and 14th of September; and Katy Perry’s shows in Chile and Argentina are scheduled for the 6th and 9th.
“Come to The Town”, wrote one of the Brazilian fans of the voice of “Firework” and “Wide Awake”.
A portion of the Brazilian katycats — the name given to Katy Perry’s fans — also asked that the singer not be included in the festival’s line up and perform a solo show in the capital of São Paulo.
“Please don’t come to The Town in São Paulo, we need a solo show. Please, mom,” begged another fan.
Katy Perry was one of the main artists in the line up at the last Rock in Rio, which took place in September this year. The singer even used her visit to Brazil to release her new album, “143”, as a gift to Brazilian fans.
