KIA unveiled its EV6 electric car in March this year, when it was reported that the range of the rear-wheel drive version with a traction battery with a capacity of 77.4 kWh was 510 km. Now the company has clarified the autonomy of the car – and it has increased slightly. Up to 528 km.
And although these data are still given based on calculations using the WLTP method (that is, in reality, the power reserve will be less), any increase in autonomy is still a plus for potential owners. Interestingly, the range of the all-wheel drive version with the same traction battery has not changed and is still 506 km.
The KIA EV6 is already available for pre-order in a number of countries, and the car is in demand. The cost of the basic version is about $ 55,000, the GT Line trim level is more expensive – about $ 59,000. Deliveries of the first cars in Europe are expected in October this year.
