Pyre from automatic weapons fell today, Thursday (14/10) at Lebanon, in the area near the Beirut Courthouse where supporters of Hezbollah and the Amal movement had gathered to protest against Judge Tarek Bitar, head of the investigation into the explosion in the Lebanese capital’s port.
One person was killed and five others were seriously injured in the shootings, according to APE-MPE.

Earlier, the court rejected an objection against Judge Bitar, allowing him to remain in charge of the judicial investigation.
