Now she has Cine 1 short throw laser projectors capable of projecting an image at 80 and 100 inches. It is noteworthy that these are the first Leica projectors with their own operating system and a built-in TV tuner.
The Leica Cine 1-100 and 1-80 boast a stylish and portable design with a perforated aluminum body and dust cover. This makes Cine 1 the perfect solution for installations where space is limited. In addition, the projector uses DLP technology and is equipped with a triple RGB laser light source based on Leica optics. The maximum picture resolution is 4K, the nominal brightness is 2500 lumens (2100 lumens for the 80-inch version).
Leica Cine 1 is one of the few projectors on the market with a built-in TV tuner and operating system. In particular, Vidaa TV 6 is used here. As for ports, the device has Ethernet, several USB ports and three HDMIs (2.1 and 2.0). In addition, the projector has built-in Doby Atmos speakers with a total output of 20W. Also supports wireless connection via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
Cine 1 laser projectors use less power than most OLED TVs, according to the company. For example, the smaller model consumes an average of 185 watts in standard mode, while the larger one consumes up to 320 watts. Leica has not yet disclosed prices for its projectors, they will appear in the European market in the second quarter of 2023.
