No matter how much time passes, Liam Payne showed that his relationship with Harry Styles, with whom he lived for more than six years during his participation in the boy band British One Direction, is still just as strong and close.
The 27-year-old interpreter answered some questions from his followers during a live broadcast on Instagram last Wednesday, revealing that he still has contact with Styles and that they recently got in touch to talk about his life and work projects.
Yes, I spoke to Harry the other day, he was very cute. He called me because I have always believed that he has a sixth sense to know when I have a problem or one of us is in trouble. I talked to him, in fact, it was really nice to catch up. I have a lot of love for the man, he is incredible, really, really incredible.
Payne and Styles have been with Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik since they competed in The X-Factor from the UK in 2010. The group released four albums together before Malik left the group in March 2015 to begin a solo career.
The rest of the members released the album Made in the A.M. That same year and in January 2016 they announced that they would be taking an indefinite break to focus on their individual careers. To date, Payne and Tomlinson have released one album, while Styles and Horan have released two each.
After answering other questions about new music and his son Bear, whom he had with British singer Cheryl Cole, Payne answered if a One Direction reunion could happen in the near future.
I would love if we could all be together in one place. We always have that feeling of missing a great friend all the time, but we each have very busy schedules. Although, to be honest, we have all individually said that we would like to do it, but we have never said it to each other.
So who knows, maybe with this the rest of the members of One Direction will finally dare to do good to all of us and get together. However, it remains to be seen what Malik thinks about returning to the famous boy band.
