A 38 -year -old man was killed by an elite shooter From the Special Tactical Action Group (Gate), on the afternoon of last Sunday (8), after doing the ex-girlfriend hostage in Mairiporã, in the interior of São Paulo.
According to the Secretariat of Public Security (SSP), Gate was called to serve a private jail occurrence in the Jardim Neri neighborhood. At the scene, the police found an armed man and threatening his former partner. The suspect had made barricades to hinder the entry of the agents in the residence.
After more than 40 minutes of unsuccessful negotiation, and in the face of the growing threat against the victim, an elite shooter of the corporation intervened and hit the suspect.
The victim, who was released without injury, reported that the man did not accept the end of the relationship .
The case was registered at the Mairiporã Police Station as a threat, kidnapping and private jail, domestic violence, possession or illegal possession of a restricted use firearm, legitimate defense and death resulting from police intervention. The expertise was called to analyze the site and the weapons involved.
