Marcelo D2 will pay tribute to Arlindo Cruz in a show at Feira Preta

The singer Marcelo D2 will perform a show in honor of Arlindo Cruz at the Black Fair Festival on May 4th. The presentation will be attended by Arlindinho, Leci Brandão and Maria Rita .

The Feira Preta Festival is the largest culture and Afro-entrepreneurship event in Latin America and will take place from May 3rd to 5th, at Parque Ibirapuera, in São Paulo. The theme of the event in the 22nd edition will be “Being Happy is Our Revolution”.

The expectation is that 50,000 people will attend the event, which will have three stages, an entrepreneur fair, lectures and a gastronomic space.

In addition to Marcelo D2's show, the festival will also feature Baile da Preta performances, with Preta Gil and the participation of Majur; the meeting of Dona Onete and Lia de Itamaracá; Attooxxaa with Rincon Sapiência and Larissa Luz; in addition to Tasha & Tracie, with Mc Luanna and Duquesa.

The event will also promote Prettos samba circles, with Fabiana Cozza, and will have performances by the Afro groups Zumbiido, with Ilê Aye.
