Max (formerly HBO Max) released, this Wednesday (28), the names that are part of the third season of the series “Hacks” .
Helen Hunt (“What Women Like”), Christina Hendricks (“Good Girls”), Christopher Lloyd (Back to the future”), Dan Bucatinsky (“Virtual Therapy”), George Wallace (Forrest Gump”) and Tony Goldwyn (“Scandal”) make up the cast of guests for its long-awaited third season.
In addition to the new names announced, the season will also feature the return of old characters as Jean Smart, Hannah Einbinder, Paul W. Downs, Megan Stalter, Carl Clemons-Hopkins, Kaitlin Olson, Christopher McDonald, Mark Indelicato, Rose Abdoo and Lorenza Izzo.
In the new episodes of “Hacks”, the story will follow Deborah Vance (Jean Smart), who is at the height of the success of her stand-up special, while Ava (Hannah Einbinder) seeks new opportunities back in Los Angeles, one year after separate.
The season is expected to premiere by May this year.
Hacks has won an Emmy award, with Jean Smart winning in the category of Best Actress in a Comedy Series in 2021.
