Mexican retail giant Grupo Elektra to add support for bitcoin payments

Mexican billionaire and Grupo Elektra retail chain owner Ricardo Salinas Pliego said the company will add support for the Lightning Network to accept Bitcoin payments.
According to Pliego (Ricardo Salinas Pliego), support for cryptocurrency payments will be added “very soon”. It is possible that other companies in the Grupo Salinas group, of which Pliego is the founder and chairman, will add support for bitcoin in the future.
